Shipping and delivery

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship products to you within the estimated delivery time provided when you place your order. However, we do not guarantee that your order will be shipped or delivered within that time frame. All shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds

We have a strict no return policy. No items can be returned. We offer customers an exchange option. This can be done within three days of purchase (subject to no damages). Item will have to be sent back to us at the courier cost to the customer. Exchanges can take 3–5 working days.
